On February 12, 2026, the Burgos, La Union Local Government Employees Association (BLULGEA) Inc. marked a significant milestone with the official awarding of its Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Registration to the Local Government of Burgos, La Union. The recognition was conferred by Civil Service Commission (CSC) Provincial Director Romulo V. Nabua.

The session aimed to clarify policies and reinforce compliance with civil service regulations among local government personnel.
